How It Works

1) Place Your Order.

Simply shop multiple vendors at one time. Place items in your cart and proceed to checkout. Order online or place your order by phone.

We are now providing Delivery Monday - Friday.
Some orders require co-ordination with multiple Vendors and may be influenced by Pre-order items.

We will review your order and contact you to arrange delivery and confirm method of payment. Watch your email for further details or log into your account for updates.

2) Items Arrive.

We will visit any store in our Marketplace. Items big or small, in few or plenty. Your complete list accurately fulfilled and delivered to your door.

You can place orders on behalf of your friends or family across Canada.

3) Payment at Door.

Service is $10.00 flat rate for delivery. Shop as many vendors as you would like for only $10.00. Choose to pay by cash, credit card, debit or contactless etransfer. Sending a Gift? We will contact you to collect an electronic payment.

You can also choose store pick-up when placing your order. Vendors will notify you when your order is ready for pick-up at their location.

You're shopping MrsGrocery.com Ottawa Valley for delivery or pick-up within all of the Ottawa Valley. Arnprior, Barry's Bay, Calabogie, Carleton Place, Chalk River, Cobden, Deep River, Eganville, Ottawa, Pembroke, Petawawa, Renfrew, Russell, Smith's Falls and surrounding areas.

Specify any special notes such as delivery instructions, or clarification on any of the products in your cart at time of checkout.
Contact us if you require an express delivery or a delivery outside of the delivery window, arrangements may be made at an additional fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order. You can checkout as a guest without creating an account and signing in. However if you do create an account, all your information will be saved when you go to place your next order.

Can I shop for relatives if I live in another city?

Certainly! As long as the person for whom you are shopping lives within one of our delivery areas. Payment can be made at the door, or online via an etransfer.

What payment methods do you accept?

When your groceries arrive, you may pay by cash, debit, credit card or contactless etransfer. We accept Visa & Mastercard. Select payment type when you place your order. If you are sending a Gift or want to prepay we can send you an electronic invoice.

What if I need products from a second store?

No problem. Shop as many vendors as you would like for a flat rate $10 delivery.

How does MrsGrocery.com pick meat, produce and other fresh foods?

Order fulfillment is completed by each vendor. They will select meats, produce and other fresh foods as if they were shopping for their own families. Products that are priced based on weight will be subject to vary. Exact price will be determined upon delivery, and may vary slightly from the checkout price online.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Unless other arrangements have been made, someone must be home to receive your order and pay for the products and service. If no one is available to receive your order, your products will be stored appropriately, but you will be charged $20 for a re-delivery fee.

When will I receive my invoice for payment?

We will email you the final invoice in the early afternoon on the day of delivery. We will determine final costs after pick-ups are done on the morning of your delivery.
